Korean gochugaru gives the deep, sun-dried backbone. Aleppo peppers add a fruity warmth that rounds the heat. Persian rose buds — whole, never powdered — bring the perfume.
We finish with foraged Israeli wildflowers for a soft botanical lift, and a single spoon of maple syrup to carry the finish. Cold-pressed grapeseed oil is the quiet carrier that lets every voice through.
